Booking Guidlines

Payment

A deposit is due the time of your booking.

This will be applied to your final payment
at the time of your appointment.

This deposit is non-refundable and non transferable
in the event of a cancellation.

All final payments are due
at the time of the appointment.

Cancellation

All cancellations should be made 24-48 hrs in advance.

If you cancel after 24 hrs, another deposit will be required to book again.

For any reason, I must cancel your appointment, you will be refunded the deposit.

Important Info

Hair Prep

If you’re getting color done, please come with clean to fairly clean hair day of your appointment. Please no build up of product.
This will affect the color process.

Add ons

If you’re getting a color service, treatments are automatically added on. If you’d like to ad a haircut day of appointment you’re more than welcomed to!
